Pear Avocado Salad with Basil Honey Almond Granola Clusters



1 Romaine lettuce heart
1/2 cup baby arugula
1/2 avocado
1 pear (medium, ripe, sliced)
1/2 cup Ambrosial Basil Honey Almond Ancient Grains Granola Clusters
1/2 clementine (cut in small cubes)
1-2 Tb extra virgin olive oil


  • Assemble all ingredients on a platter
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  • Season with sea salt and pepper

Optional additions: Parmesan cheese shavings, pignioli (pine) nuts or roasted chestnuts. You can vary the quantities to your liking.
